Ing. Robert Krivanek, Ph.D. received his master degree in mechanical engineering, doctor degree in nuclear engineering and a diploma in international management, marketing and finance. He has more than 29 years of experience in nuclear industry. Since 1994 he was with CEZ in the Czech Republic in various positions in operations, engineering and nuclear safety. His main focus was on ageing management and preparation of nuclear power plants for long term operation (LTO). Since 2012 he served for the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna, Austria as an ageing management and LTO programme manager, leading SALTO (Safety Aspects of LTO) Peer Review Service and IGALL (International Generic Ageing Lessons Learned) Programme. Since 2021, he is with Nuclear Research and Consultancy Group (NRG) in the Netherlands as an International Ageing Management and LTO Projects Manager.
