Kiki Lauwers obtained a Masters' degree in Aerospace Engineering at Delft University of Technology and an MBA at INSEAD business school in Singepore.

She started her career as a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company in Amsterdam specializing in advanced industries. She has over 15 years of experience in technology strategy and management including leading scaling up companies through high growth, e.g., previously leading innovation at Bol.com.

Kiki is the CEO of Thorizon since May 2023, based in Amsterdam. She is also a member of the Government Board Member of the SNETP (Sustainable Nuclear Energy Technology Platform).
