Joakim stated as an consultant for Force testing company and change later to start to work for his costumer, Ringhals NPP back in 1998 as un development engineer for in service inspection program for reactor internals och systems. In 2007 he change to Forsmark NPP and continue the work to develop och improve Forsmarks inservice inspection program. In 2019 he started as an plan specialist for aging management and manage two Salto mission in Forsmark and also been reviver for area A, in a Salto mission at Atucha NPP in 2014. In his free time he is a golf referee and also play a lot golf.
